Meet the Artist
Hey, I'm Amy , a Warwickshire based painter who is heavily inspired by nature and the world around me.
I enjoy creating large expressive pieces of work that communicate my experience as a painter. I enjoy experimenting with colour and mark making in my work.
My work spans a wide array of subject matters but I feel that I am particularly good at capturing a sense of place.
I am formally trained in painting large theatrical scenery and use this unconventional training to drive my work in a larger, more playful and explorative direction. This training has helps me particularly in commissioned works as I am used to responding to a clients vision and working collaboratively to achieve a desired result.
